Display your class schedule with this sleek Notion template. Included is a non-database class schedule and to-do list design. Every new event comes with Time, Name of Class, Reminders, To-Do list, and Checkbox when class is complete for the assigned time block. Here’s how it works.
The General layout
Upon duplicating, you’ll find a series of template buttons tucked under each day of the week. These template buttons produce an event for the day with time, event information, and a to-do list.
How TO Customize THe Template
Play around with the template button configuration to customize your own prompts and checklist items. Change the color of callouts as well! When you’re done, you can duplicate the template (highlight + D) and nest the button under each day or leave one at the top of the page.
If you want to archive certain to-dos, drag and drop them into the archive page at the top or move the block remotely into the page as described below.
There is also an option to move blocks to other pages via the block menu.
