šŸ’™ Anxiety Calendar

I created a calendar that tracks my anxiety (ie. mood tracker). It helped way more than I expected it to. I made a simple input, output system. This dashboard is intended for those seeking a minimal mood calendar that is specifically catered to anxiety for upcoming events.

I tend to get anxious about events a week before and let it consume my thoughts, so I made a calendar that tracks my feelings leading up to an event and immediately after. For example, I created a column for what my feelings are about a day coming up (ie. Excited, Confident, Neutral, Nervous, Panic and Mixed), then I go back the day after and plug in how I actually felt (ie. Fulfilled, Proud, Neutral, Anxiety, Panic and Mixed). 9/10 times I'm overreacting and the day I'm worried about is average to above average. How Iā€™m able to quickly see the difference between my input and output is inside a third formula column that simply returns a mood result (ie. Great, Good, Okay and Poor). It's nice to visualize my irrational moods from a birds-eye view. I recommend using this template as a bullet journal adjacent to the calendar. Jot down specific feelings in the event page in order to really understand what is causing your output mood.
