Notion Aesthetics: Weekly Planner Design

✏️ Weekly Layout

A weekly view in Notion can be achieved with database and non-database pages. This non-database weekly spread is a minimal style best suited as a database template for pages that focus on one week at a time. Included are five sections: Quick Tasks, Habits, Monday-Sunday Planning, Notes, and Goals.

What The Entire Page Looks Like

Goals For The Week, Habits, And Quick To-Do Header

At the top of every weekly page will be a section for goals you want to achieve for the week separated into three categories: Build, Learn and Do More Of. Below goals are two sections; one for Quick Tasks and Habits.

A quick way to clear checkboxes is to highlight the row and press cmd + enter.

DAily Layout For The 7-Day Planner

Each day from Monday-Sunday has three sections divided by meals. This is where you can plan meals and plan the day’s tasks in one block. At the top is a date that can be changed upon clicking. At the bottom is a toggle that can reveal an unwind routine for that day.

  • Step 3: Name the database template

  • Step 4: Move the duplicated weekly planner page to the database template. When you move the page, search for name of database template. (refer to above image)
