There are four ways to hide or remove comments inside a Notion page. There is one option to remove a single comment sent, another option to turn off comments inside a page, one to disable comments from a public page, and another to simply resolve a comment.

Navigate to the (…) next to comment and find “Delete Comment”
What Does It Mean To Resolve A Comment In Notion?
When comments are enabled a “resolved comments” section will appear below the comments. These comments can be re-opened or deleted permanently in the popup window.
How To Disable Comments In A Notion Page
The page menu is located at the top right-hand corner of every Notion page.
Select “Customize page” and trigger “Page comments: Off”
Extra Tip: if you disable comments inside one database page, all other pages in the database will disable comments as well.
How To Disable Comments On A Public Notion Page
The Share button is located at the top right-hand corner of every Notion page.
After opting to share a Notion page publicly, toggle “Allow comments” off.
