The Home/Apartment Search Database
Keep track of new home finds in this robust database. I have a total of 23 common properties including rent cost, pet rent cost, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square feet, unique features, application fee, phone number, parking features, etc. Add more properties to cater to your needs.
Savings Goal
Databases are not spreadsheets, and so, creating budget sheets in Notion is a bit of a hassle. I managed to create a small savings goal calculator, however, that requires only minimal manual labor. Essentially, for each input of savings, a total sum can be calculated under the table. Manually insert that sum into Total Saved. After providing the total amount you wish to save in the corresponding property, Progress should update automatically.
