🗄 Employee Hiring Template
This Notion template is intended for those seeking a system for organizing incoming hires. There are two databases used. One is a list for open positions and the other is an incoming hires table. Both use the relation function to work with each other. Inside the open positions list, I provide a job description template as a guide for common position requirements.
The properties for "Incoming Hires" database
Proficiency → what notable skills the hire has
Status → what status their resume is under (ie. under review, waitlist, not applicable, hired ...)
Interview Date
Training Dates
Resume → upload file
Position → relation to Open Positions table

All properties → includes default properties in table format
Status → statuses of employees in board format
Proficiency → proficiency of employees in board format
