โ›ˆ Weekly Planner

This template is intended for those seeking a weekly planner template in Notion that focuses on the hour-by-hour tracking of oneโ€™s day. This database is broken up into 15 minute intervals for busy schedules. It includes a priority tag, weather property and separate database views for morning, afternoon, evening and late night.

Date, Time and Priority

The following properties make up the unique aspects of this template (ML = manual labor):

  • (ML) Date: formula. Insert date between quotations ("2/12/20"). This will allow the date to run down the entire database with a single input.

  • Time: Text. Provided by the default template. 15 minute intervals (2 hours separated by color).

  • Weather: formula. Similarly to Date, insert weather between quotations ("๐ŸŒฆ๐ŸŒฆ๐ŸŒฆ๐ŸŒฆ"). This will allow the weather to run down the entire database with a single input.

The Priority Tags

Priority tags seem relatively straight forward but I want to explain why I've chosen these four (of which you can absolutely change or delete):

  • Weak: this implies that a plan doesn't need to be completed, but if there is free time it should be considered.

  • Fluid: this implies that a plan can be moved around if need be and is constrained by time or place but still should be completed that day.

  • Important: this is self explanatory. These plans are important and time / place are either not easily moved around or the task needs to be completed at a specific time.

  • Essential: this implies that there are absolutely no excuses to getting this plan done. No room for movement and importance is very high.
